Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空脱気ラインを介して水封式真空ポンプに接
    続されていて、前記水封式真空ポンプの駆動によ
    り、原水中の溶存気体を除去する脱酸素モジユー
    ルと、原水中の硬度分及びシリカ分等を除去する
    逆浸透膜装置とを、原水供給と処理水給配部との
    間の給水ライン中に設けてなる冷熱機器用水処理
    装置において、 前記逆浸透膜装置からの濃縮水排出のための排
    水ラインを、前記水封式真空ポンプにおける封水
    供給口に接続し、前記逆浸透膜装置からの排水を
    前記水封式真空ポンプに補給するようにしたこと
    を特徴とする冷熱機器用水処理装置。
