Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 比較的濃度が薄い電解処理液を収納する電解
    槽と、該電解槽の内部の周辺に配置する固定対極
    体と、電解処理液に浸漬する金属製品に接続する
    他方の電極体とを備え、固定対極体から更に電解
    層の底面に敷設する下部対極体に接続するととも
    に、多数の貫通孔を設けた絶縁板を下部対極体の
    上側に載置する金属製品の表面洗浄装置。 ２ 比較的濃度が薄い電解処理液を収納する電解
    槽と、該電解槽の内部の周辺に配置する固定対極
    体と、電解処理液に浸漬する金属製品に接続する
    他方の電極体とを備え、可動対極体の上方を支持
    部材に連結し、該支持部材の両端部が電解槽の両
    側壁上端に達することにより、可動対極体を電解
    槽の側壁と直角に摺動可能である金属製品の表面
    洗浄装置。 ３ 細長い電解槽を使用する場合に、電源装置を
    ２回路に設定するとともに、電解槽の中間に仕切
    り板を挿入することにより、複数の電解処理を同
    時に行なうことが可能である請求項１又は２に記
    載の表面洗浄装置。 ４ 電解槽内における適宜の位置に、振動子と発
    振器からなる超音波発振機構又はエアブロー発生
    機構を設置し、電解処理と同時に超音波又はエア
    ブローによつて処理を促進させる請求項１又は２
    に記載の表面洗浄装置。
