[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a cooling device for sheet materials,
More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for applying an anti-adhesion agent to the front and back surfaces of a sheet-like rubber material sent from a molding process and cooling it before sending it to a drying device.

Conventionally, as a means of applying an anti-adhesion agent such as talc to the front and back surfaces of a sheet-shaped rubber material and cooling it, for example, the sheet-shaped rubber material (hereinafter referred to as "sheet material") sent from the molding process is sent to a drying device. In this case, a method is known in which a sheet-shaped rubber material is first immersed in an anti-adhesion agent in an anti-adhesion agent tank while being sandwiched between a net-like sandwich conveyor, and then the sheet material is supplied to a drying zone.

The anti-adhesion agent applied to the front and back surfaces of the above-mentioned sheet-like rubber material is generally used to prevent the contact surfaces of the rubber sheets from coming into close contact with each other when folding an unvulcanized rubber sheet. It consists of water, talc, and anti-fouling liquid.

However, in the case of such a spray method, the anti-adhesive agent is not evenly applied to the front and back surfaces of the sheet material, and the environment is degraded by scattering of the anti-adhesive agent. Since a spray nozzle with a small diameter spout is installed in the branch pipe, there is a problem that the nozzle of the spray nozzle gets clogged with the anti-adhesion agent. Therefore, this spray method also poses a problem in terms of quality and maintenance of the sheet material. However, this was not necessarily the best method.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention applies an anti-adhesion agent to the front and back surfaces of the sheet material in the middle of the conveyor that connects the sheet material forming process and the drying device, and also applies a cooling agent to cool the sheet material. An anti-adherence agent circulation pipe is provided above and below the conveyor to connect the cooling device to a liquid tank provided at a lower portion of the conveyor, and in the middle of the anti-adhesion agent circulation pipe, A cleaning water line is connected via a switching valve, and anti-adhesion agent injection nozzles are formed at multiple locations on the anti-adhesion agent circulation pipe, and each injection area of the anti-adhesion agent injection nozzle on the conveyor is injected into the sheet material. The gist of the present invention is that a guide member having a semi-circular arc shape and a serrated lower end is provided along the entire width of the conveyor in order to uniformly apply the anti-adhesion agent.

First, the sheet material W connected to the take-up conveyor 7 of the molding process 2 and transferred onto the transport conveyor 4 is transported into the anti-adhesion agent injection chamber 6 of the cooling device 1 while the transport conveyor 4 is moving. An anti-adhesion agent Q is applied to the front and back surfaces.

That is, on the upper surface side of the sheet material W, the anti-adhesion agent Q injected from the injection nozzle 8 of the circulation pipe 9 is once injected into the guide member 13 disposed in each injection area of the anti-adhesion agent injection nozzle 9. The anti-adhesion agent Q flows downward along the guide member 13, and is applied to the upper surface of the sheet material W by dripping from the sawtoothed lower end 14 of the guide member 13. On the other hand, the lower surface side of the sheet material W is uniformly coated with the anti-adhesion agent Q that is constantly sprayed from the spray nozzle 8 of the circulation pipe 9.

In this way, while the sheet material W passes through the anti-adhesion agent injection chamber 6 of the cooling device 1, the anti-adhesion agent Q is applied to the front and back surfaces of the sheet material W, and then the sheet material W is transferred to the next drying device 3.

Further, the anti-adhesion agent Q that has not been applied to the front and back surfaces of the sheet material W accumulates in a liquid tank 10 installed at the bottom of the conveyor 4. Since the circulation pipe 9 is connected to the liquid tank 10, the anti-adhesion agent Q sprayed from the anti-adhesion agent circulation pipe 9 drops below the conveyor 4 and the anti-adhesion agent Q accumulated is sequentially circulated. It is something that will be done.

Furthermore, once the work of applying the anti-adhesion agent Q to the front and back surfaces of the sheet material W as described above is completed, the anti-adhesion agent circulation pipe 9 can be switched and connected to the cleaning water line 12 via the valve 11 to improve the adhesion. Cleaning water always flows in the inhibitor circulation pipe 9, and it is possible to effectively prevent the spray nozzle 8 from being clogged with the adhesion inhibitor Q.
