- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平板状の正特性サーミスタ素子と、 この正特性サーミスタ素子の両主表面にそれぞ
れ形成され、銀以外の材料からなるオーム性接触
の第１電極層と、 この第１電極層上に形成され、第１電極層より
も表面積が小さく外周端全周にギヤツプを有する
銀を主成分とする材料からなる第２電極層と、 この第２電極層上に一端が固定され正特性サー
ミスタ素子に沿つて外方に引き出されるリード線
とからなる正特性サーミスタであつて、 前記第１電極層とリード線が対向する距離を前
記第２電極層の厚みよりも大きくしたことを特徴
とする正特性サーミスタ。
