Claims (1)
- 配線基板上にＬＥＤアレイチツプを搭載すると
共に、その近傍に上記ＬＥＤアレイチツプを駆動
するドライバＩＣを配置し、かつそのドライバＩ
ＣとＬＥＤチツプとを電気的に接続したＬＥＤプ
リントヘツドにおいて、上記ＬＥＤアレイチツプ
とドライバＩＣと金属細線とを樹脂で覆つたこと
を特徴とするＬＥＤプリントヘツド。
