    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 端部にパターン電極を有するセラミツク材から
    なる突出部を具備する第１の円筒形ホルダと、こ
    の突出部に固定された光半導体素子と、前記第１
    の円筒形ホルダに固定用円筒形ホルダを介して固
    定されかつ中空部にロツドレンズおよび光フアイ
    バを収容固定してなる第２の円筒形ホルダとから
    なる光学部を有し、この光学部は半導体素子の電
    極と電気回路基板とが前記パターン電極を介して
    電気接続されて筐体に収容されてなることを特徴
    とする光半導体モジユール。
