Claims (1)
- 熱電対負素子材料で形成されたシース管と、上
記シース管に先端部が適宜間隔で軸方向に順次ず
らせて挿入されるとともに充填された絶縁材によ
り互いに絶縁され更に先端がそれぞれ上記シース
管の内面に溶着されて温接点が形成される複数の
熱電対正素線と、上記各熱電対正素線基端と電圧
計との間に挿入された切換スイツチとを具えたこ
とを特徴とする温度分布測定用シース型熱電対。
