【発明の詳細な説明】
１産業上の利用分野］
本発明は接着剤をバイングーとして木材薄片を圧締成形
してブロック化し、ブロック化した７リフチをスライス
することにより形成される木質化粧単板の製造方法に関
するものである。

［従来の技術Ｊ
遅早、建築材料が多様化する中で新規性の高い外観を持
ったものが求められている。特に木の持つ暖か味、優し
さを損なわず、また現代的な居住空間にも対応できる外
観を持つ木質化粧単板が必要とされている。従来この種
の木質単板としてはパーチクルボードと称されるものが
あるが、外観に木味感がなく、現在的な居住空間に対応
する外観を持っているとは云えなかった。

- ［１］光輝顔料を混入した接着剤を木材薄片に塗布して
圧締成形にてブロック化してフリッチを形成し、このフ
リッチをスライスすることを特徴とする木質化粧単板の
製造方法。
