Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は接着剤をパイングーとして木材薄片を圧締成形
してブロック化し、ブロック化したフリッチをスライス
することに上り形成される木質化粧単板の！！遣方法に
関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 近年、建築材料が多様化する中で新規性の高い外観を持
ったものが求められている。Ｖｆに木の持つ暖か味、優
しさを損なわず、また現代的な居住空間にも対応できる
外観を持つ木質化粧単板が必要とされている。従来この
種の木質単板としてはバーチクルボードと称されるもの
があるが、外観に木味感がなく、現在的な居住空間に対
応する外観を持っているとは云えなかった。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ［１］色や材種の異なる複数種の木材薄片を用意し、こ
    れらの木材薄片に接着剤を塗布すると共に複数種の木材
    薄片をプレス装置に区画して部分的に投入し、プレス装
    置にて圧締成形してブロック化してフリッチを形成し、
    このフリッチをスライスすることを特徴とする木質化粧
    単板の製造方法。
