【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状に形成された工具本体１の外周部に
荒加工を行なう切削刃５ａ，５ｂを有する複数個
の切削刃ブレード２ａ，２ｂと、仕上げ加工を行
なう研削刃５ｃ，５ｄを有する複数個の研削刃ブ
レード２ｃ，２ｄとを同一の歯すじのつるまき線
上に着脱可能に配置したことを特徴とする歯車の
歯面仕上げ用工具。 (2) 切削刃５ａ，５ｂは研削刃５ｃ，５ｄに対
して刃厚方向の厚さを減少したことを特徴とする
請求項１記載の歯車の歯面仕上げ用工具。 (3) 切削刃５ａ，５ｂを切削刃ブレード２ａ，
２ｂに対して着脱可能に固着し、また、研削刃５
ｃ，５ｄを研削刃ブレード２ｃ，２ｄの先端部に
硬質砥粒を電着した構成にしたことを特徴とする
歯車の歯面仕上げ用工具。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状に形成された工具本体１の外周部に
    荒加工を行なう切削刃５ａ，５ｂを有する複数個
    の切削刃ブレード２ａ，２ｂと、仕上げ加工を行
    なう研削刃５ｃ，５ｄを有する複数個の研削刃ブ
    レード２ｃ，２ｄとを同一の歯すじのつるまき線
    上に着脱可能に配置したことを特徴とする歯車の
    歯面仕上げ用工具。 (2) 切削刃５ａ，５ｂは研削刃５ｃ，５ｄに対
    して歯厚方向に厚さを減少したことを特徴とする
    請求項１記載の歯車の歯面仕上げ用工具。 (3) 切削刃５ａ，５ｂを切削刃ブレード２ａ，
    ２ｂに対して着脱可能に着し、また、研削刃５ａ
    ，５ｄを研削刃ブレード２ｃ，２ｄの先端部に硬
    質砥粒を電着した構成にしたことを特徴とする歯
    車の歯面仕上げ用工具。
