Description
第１図は、本考案の一実施例である。窒化アル
ミニウムセラミツクス２の表面をガラス被膜１で
被い、その被膜表面と感温部品３が良好に接触し
ている部分の断面を拡大した図である。第２図は
、窒化アルミニウムセラミツクス２の粗面と感温
部品３の接触部に生じる空気層４の断面を拡大し
た図である。第３図は、本考案の一実施例である
ガラス被膜処理面における感温部品３の反応曲線
５と、ガラス被膜処理をしていない粗面における
感温部品３の反応曲線６の比較図である。
ミニウムセラミツクス２の表面をガラス被膜１で
被い、その被膜表面と感温部品３が良好に接触し

- 窒化アルミニウムなど、高熱伝導性セラミツク
スの焼結表面にガラス系材料被膜を設けることに
より、固定に対する接触熱伝導条件を改善させる
ことを目的とした、高熱伝導性セラミツクス製品
。
