Claims (1)
- モータを内蔵する基体と、開放された前部を開
閉蓋で覆い下部に切断野菜の排出口を備える切断
ケースと、該ケース内にインターナルギヤと遊星
歯車を介在して円運動しながら回転する切断刃を
備えた駆動機構と、前記の開閉蓋に形成した供給
口に取付けたベルトコンベア等からなる野菜材料
供給機構からなり、内周にインターナルギヤを形
成する環状部材を切断ケース内に固定し、前記駆
動機構を軸支する回転円盤の外周縁にフランジを
設け、前記の環状部材端面と隙間において相対す
るそのフランジの表面に複数の渦巻き状の突条を
形成したことを特徴とする野菜切断機。
