ーマスクのパターン孔を、この着地部の先端部に
対応する位置に開孔される第１のパターン孔と、
リードの立上り部に対応する位置に開孔される第
２のパターン孔に分割したことを特徴とするクリ
ーム半田の塗布用スクリーンマスク。
