Claims (1)
- 筒体先端の位置決め筒内に集束レンズを光軸方
向に設け、基端側段部に半導体レーザを係合させ
て筒体内に収容し基端側開口にリテーナを螺着し
て半導体レーザを固定し、ハウジングを前記位置
決め筒に遊嵌状に外嵌めしてなる光半導体モジユ
ールにおいて、筒体の段部に皿バネを介在させて
半導体レーザを取付けるようにしたことを特徴と
する光半導体モジユール。
