Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 動作により発熱する部品を実装したパワー
部基板と前記基板を覆うごとく略Ｕ状に形成した
金属ケースの上蓋とで構成された電子部品モジユ
ールにおいて、半導体素子を備えた制御部基板を
パワー部基板の上部に支持部材にて保持し、前記
半導体素子の上面が前記金属ケース上蓋の内面に
面接するようにしたことを特徴とする電子部品モ
ジユール。 (2) 上記パワー部基板上に弾力性サポータを設
け上記制御部基板を上方向に押し上げたことを特
徴とする請求項(1)記載の電子部品モジユール。 (3) 上記金属ケース上蓋の適所に通気孔をもう
けてなる請求項(1)記載の電子部品モジユール。
