Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 移送部材として作用する1個以上の振動工具
    を具えた粘稠物質の塗布装置において、 前記振動工具が超音波振動装置の部分を構成す
    るホーンを具え、該ホーンが1個以上の移送ピン
    を具え、該移送ピンがその自由端に向け漸次減少
    する断面を有しかつ前記ホーンの振動方向に対し
    て傾斜する1個以上の外側移送面を有し、 さらに前記塗布装置が前記移送ピン上に計量し
    た分量の粘稠物質を堆積させるための1個以上の
    粘稠物質計量装置を具える ことを特徴とする粘稠物質の塗布装置。 2 移送ピンが円錐形又はピラミツド形である実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3 移送ピンの頂角が0°と180°との間であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の装置。 4 ホーンが数個の移送ピンを具える実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一つの項に記
    載の装置。 5 超音波振動装置がさらにそれ自体既知のよう
    に発電機、トランスデユーサ及び振幅変換器を具
    える実用新案登録請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれ
    か一つの項に記載の装置。 6 ホーンがチタン合金製である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか一つの項に記載の
    装置。
