Claims (1)
- 被回転体を回転する駆動モータと、前記被回転
体の軌跡内に突出され被回転体を一定位置に停止
させる停止部材と、前記停止部材を被回転体と衝
合する位置に動作させる駆動手段と、前記停止部
材に被回転体が衝合したことを検出する検出手段
と、測定終了後に前記駆動モータを低速回転させ
るとともに前記停止部材駆動手段により停止部材
を前記軌跡内に突出させ、前記検出手段が停止部
材と被回転体との衝合を検出した時前記駆動モー
タを停止制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
とする被回転体の定位置停止装置。
