Claims (1)
- 夫々二方向にレーザビームを出射する複数の半
導体レーザ共振器をアレイ状に構成した半導体レ
ーザアレイと、該半導体レーザアレイを載置固定
するヒートシンクと、上記各半導体レーザ共振器
の共振器端面と対向配置され、該共振器端面から
出射される各レーザビームを個別に受光する受光
素子と、上記半導体レーザアレイと上記受光素子
との間の上記ヒートシンク上に直接あるいは間接
的に載置固着され、上記レーザビームを夫々分離
し、上記受光素子に導く導波溝が形成された光ガ
イドと、を備えた半導体レーザ装置において、上
記半導体レーザアレイは、その半導体エピタキシ
ヤル積層表面側でヒートシンクに固着されている
と共に、上記半導体レーザアレイの載置面は上記
光ガイドの載置面より高位に位置することを特徴
とする半導体レーザ装置。
