- 圧電基板上に交叉指状電極を有して構成した共
振子を弾性表面波の伝搬方向に直角に相隣接する
ように配置し、入力用及び出力用の前記交叉指状
電極の少なくとも一方に並列にコンデンサを接続
し更に直列にコイルを接続して整合回路を形成し
てあることを特徴とする弾性表面波多重モードフ
イルタ。
