- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエーハに、ガス供給ヘツドから反応ガ
スを吹き付け、処理済みガスを排気ヘツドで吸引
し、該排気ヘツドの吸入口付近に一端を開口させ
、他端を有毒ガス検知器に連続したサンプリング
管路を具備する半導体製造装置用ガス検知装置に
おいて、 上記サンプリング管路の途中に、不活性ガスを
供給する分岐管を、コントロールバルブによつて
切換え可能に接続したことを特徴とする半導体製
造装置用ガス検知装置。
