  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 クリーンルームから吸い込んだエアーを循環通
    路に設けられた有害ガス除去用フイルタ及び粉塵
    等を除去するフイルタを介してクリーンルーム内
    に吹出すクリーンルームに於いて、 前記有害ガス除去用フイルタを前記循環通路に
    開閉自在に支持する支持部材と、 支持部材を作動して有害ガス除去用フイルタを
    開閉自在に保持する駆動源と、 吸い込まれたエアー中の有害ガス濃度を検出す
    るセンサと、 前記センサで検出した有害ガス所定値を超えた
    時に前記有害ガス除去用フイルタを閉じるように
    駆動源を制御する制御装置と、 を備えたことを特徴とするクリーンルーム。
