Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶融樹脂をチユーブ状に押出すダイスと、
    前記チユーブ状に押出された溶融樹脂の中空部内
    へ空気を送り込んで膨張させ縦横方向に延伸させ
    て薄いフイルムチユーブに成形する空気吹き込み
    手段と、同じく前記チユーブ状に押出された溶融
    樹脂の外周に空気を吹き付ける冷却手段と、前記
    のように縦横方向に延伸されたフイルムチユーブ
    を引き取るピンチロールとから成るインフレーシ
    ヨンフイルム成形装置において、 一対をなすピンチロールの少なくとも一方のロ
    ールの外周面に、フイルムチユーブのブロツキン
    グ現象を解消するに足る幅、深さ、配置間隔で凹
    部が形成されていることを特徴とするインフレー
    シヨンフイルム成形装置のピンチロール。 (2) 溶融樹脂をチユーブ状に押出すダイスと、
    前記チユーブ状に押出された溶融樹脂の中空部内

    ールの外周面の軸方向に、フイルムチユーブのブ
    ロツキング現象を解消するに足る幅、深さ、配置
    間隔で数条の溝が螺旋状に形成されていることを
    特徴とするインフレーシヨンフイルム成形装置の
    ピンチロール。 (3) フイルムチユーブのブロツキング現象を解
    消するに足る幅、深さ、配置間隔による数条の溝
    は、ロールの外周面の軸方向に、螺旋方向が正逆
    に異なる２種類の螺旋状に形成されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載
    されたインフレーシヨンフイルム成形装置のピン
    チロール。
