Claims (1)
- 大径部３と小径部４を並べた内周空間２を備え
、前記大径部３と小径部４のそれぞれポート５，
６を開設したシリンダ１と、前記内周空間２に移
動自在に内挿され、前記大径部３の内壁に対して
非接触であるとともに前記小径部４の内壁に対し
て接触する大きさになるピストン７と、前記ピス
トン７の前記小径部４側に接続または一体成形さ
れたロツド８と、前記ピストン７を前記小径部４
側から前記大径部３側へ復帰動させるバネ９と、
前記ポート５，６のそれぞれに接続された圧力供
給部１０と、よりなるシリンダ装置。
