Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一端部をダイヤフラム１により密閉させた気
    体室２に、気体を加圧封入させたフオースバラン
    スバルブ３；該バルブ３を取付けた、第一シリン
    ダ４を有するハウジング５；前記ダイヤフラム１
    に接する、前記第一シリンダ４の第一ピストン６
    ；前記ハウジング５に設けられた、第二ピストン
    ７を有する第二シリンダ８；前記第二ピストン７
    に、受圧ダイヤフラム９を介し、連通させて形成
    させられた受圧部１０；前記第一、第二両ピスト
    ン６，７を接続する、動作部１１を有するところ
    の接続部材１２；前記動作部１１により作動され
    、外部に連通し、第一の状態と第二の状態の間で
    変化する作動部１３から成ることを特徴とする圧
    力センサ。 ２ 第二シリンダ８は、内径の異なる複数種類が
    それぞれ第二ピストン７を有して交換自在に形成
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の圧力センサ。 ３ 第一シリンダ４は、内径の異る複数種類が、
    それぞれ第一ピストン６を有して交換自在に形成
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項又は第２項いづれか記載の圧力センサ
    。 ４ 作動部１３はスイツチであることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項いづ
    れか記載の圧力センサ。
