Claims (1)
- レーザ光を出射するレーザチユーブの周囲を冷
却管により取り囲み、その冷却管に冷却水を流す
ことにより前記レーザチユーブの強制的な冷却を
行う水冷式イオンレーザにおいて、前記レーザチ
ユーブに温度センサを取付け、この温度センサに
レーザ温度制御回路を接続し、このレーザ温度制
御回路により制御され前記冷却管に流入する水量
を調節する流量調節バルブを前記冷却管の冷却流
路の一部に設けたことを特徴とする水冷式イオン
レーザ。
