Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下側の水平な固定金型と、固定金型の上側で垂
直方向に型締型開可能に設けられた可動金型と、
固定金型の下側に設けられた射出装置と、固定金
型のゲートに可動金型を通して圧挿される押湯用
のピンとを備えた竪型射出装置において、 固定金型を、上面が金型キヤビテイ面の一部を
形成していて、軸心部に射出スリーブの内径より
も小径な縦方向の溶湯鋳込用のゲートを有する下
金型本体部と、該下金型本体部の下側軸心部に上
端面が接離可能に配置されており、固定スリーブ
を固定して保持するためのスリーブ支持板とによ
つて形成し、 固定スリーブの上端部内周面を上方に向つて内
径が小さくなるテーパ面とし、下金型本体部を押
し上げてスリーブ支持板から離反させる押上シリ
ンダを設け、通常は下金型本体部がスリーブ支持
板上に接していて、異常時のみ、下金型本体部を
持ち上げてスリーブ支持板より離し得るように構
成したことを特徴とする竪型射出装置。
