Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エコーテストを実行するための機能およびエコ
    ーサーバとして機能を備え、テストパケツトの送
    受信結果に基づいてネツトワーク診断を行う携帯
    用のネツトワークテスタであつて、 予め定められた宛先アドレスおよび発信元アド
    レスが記憶されたアドレス記憶手段と、 少なくともエコーテスト機能およびエコーサー
    バ機能のいずれか一方を選択する機能選択手段と
    、 エコーテスト機能選択時に、前記宛先アドレス
    および発信元アドレスをテスト用のパケツトに付
    加してテストパケツトを生成するテストパケツト
    生成手段と、 エコーテスト機能選択時には発信元アドレスを
    自己アドレスとして設定し、エコーサーバ機能選
    択時には宛先アドレスを自己アドレスとして設定
    する自己アドレス設定手段と、 エコーテスト機能選択時に、送信したテストパ
    ケツトと受信したテストパケツトとを比較して両
    者の一致を判定するパケツト比較手段と、 エコーサーバ機能選択時に受信したテストパケ
    ツトの、宛先アドレスと発信元アドレスとを入れ
    替えて返信用テストパケツトを生成する返信用テ
    ストパケツト生成手段と、 前記テストパケツトに付加する宛先アドレスを
    変更するアドレス変更手段とを具備したことを特
    徴とするネツトワークテスタ。
