    接合される補強枠と を備えた集積回路用パツケージにおいて、 前記補強枠は、前記外部リード端子と接合され
    る補強部材と、隅部で前記補強部材を接合する金
    属製の連結部材とからなり、 前記連結部材は、前記補強枠の内側が斜辺とな
    る略三角形状を呈し、内部に穴を備える ことを特徴とする集積回路用パツケージ。
