    素子を搭載する、引き出し電極リードとなる金属
    細片を有するチツプキヤリアベースと、前記チツ
    プキヤリアベースを内部に収納固定し外部へ導出
    するケースリードを有するケースとから成る光半
    導体装置において、前記金属細片を直接前記ケー
    スリードに接続したことを特徴とする光半導体装
    置。 ２ 請求項１記載の光半導体装置において、光半
    導体素子を発光ダイオードで構成したことを特徴
    とする光半導体装置。 ３ 請求項１記載の光半導体装置において、光半
    導体素子を半導体レーザで構成したことを特徴と
    する光半導体装置。
