Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気的に独立した２つの端子と柱状部とを
有するステムと、表面に導電部を有する絶縁性半
導体からなりステムの柱状部側面に固着され導電
部が端子に配線されているサブマウントと、その
サブマウントの導電部に載置されステムに配線が
施こされたレーザ素子と、レーザ素子の光を受光
できるようにステム上に載置され前記端子に配線
が施こされた受光素子とを具備した事を特徴とす
る半導体レーザ装置。 (2) 前記ステムの柱状部は張出部を有し、前記
レーザ素子の配線は金属細線の延在方向が光放出
方向と交わるように張出部に対して行なわれてい
る事を特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の半導体レーザ装置。
