    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中心穴を有するデイスク状アルミナ基板の面に
    蒸着電極膜が両面に形成されたＰＺＴ系の焦電素
    子を設置する検出器構造において、前記焦電素子
    の一点が導電性接着剤で固定され、該固定点の対
    角位置が弾性のある絶縁性接着剤を介して接着さ
    れた固定構造を備える焦電型赤外線検出器。
