Claims (1)
- レーザガスの予備電離にＸ線予備電離を用いた
ガスレーザ装置において、少なくとも真空中で電
子ビームを発生する陰極と、電子ビームの制動放
射によりＸ線を発生する薄膜状ターゲツトを具備
するＸ線発生部と、前記レーザガスが充填された
レーザ容器内での放電により前記レーザガスを励
起するレーザ部を有するＸ線予備電離ガスレーザ
装置において、前記レーザガスが充填された前記
レーザ容器の壁の一部が前記薄膜状ターゲツトで
あることを特徴とするＸ線予備電離ガスレーザ装
置。
