Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本件は角形及び円筒形にして、材質はＳＳ４１
を標準とし、その他油脂アクリル板等板状あるい
は円筒状に加工できる材質のものを含みます。 フレコンバツク投入口はフレコンバツクが本機
に入り易いようにラツプ式に上部に向かい開いて
おり、下部には粉塵が外部に排出しない様に先に
述べたゴム状のものを、形態はドーナツ型で鉄板
等の板状のもので押さえボルトナツト等により安
定、固定させてあり、中間んフレコンバツク受け
台はラツパ型にして、フレコンバツク内容物がス
ムーズにハツパーに落下し易いような大きさの穴
が開けてあります。 ホツパーに落下した内容物はスクリユーコンベ
アー及びバケツトエレベーター等の運搬機具によ
つて次工程に移動し、処理されます。 フレコンバツクが本件に投入された際に、人力
にてフレコンバツクの底部を解放するためのタラ
ツプ、手すり付きの作業台が付いており、作業中
に本件自体が動かない様に、レベルアジヤスター
が取付けられており、又トラツク等に積載するよ
うな時は、ボールト等によつて固定されている事
により取り外しが簡単に出来る構造になつている
とともに、車輪を取付けたことにより移動するこ
とが可能となつています。
