Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 パネルの外側に建物躯体等への取付けのため
のクリップが突出しない補強枠付きほうろうパネルを提
供すること。 【構成】 ほうろう板１の周縁部に形成された折り曲げ
部３の内面に、内側に向かって傾斜した部分を持つ弾性
のある金属製のクリップ７を介して補強枠６を取り付け
る。クリップ７とほうろう板１との固着は折り曲げ部３
で行われるので、ほうろう板１の表面に影響が及ぶこと
がなく、また補強枠６を利用して建物躯体等への取付け
ができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はビルの外装等に用いられる補強枠付きほうろうパネルに関するもので ある。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
上記のような従来のほうろうパネルは、図３に示すようにほうろう板１の背面 に硅酸カルシウムや発泡コンクリート等からなる耐火ボード２を接合するととも に、建物の躯体への取付けのためにほうろう板１の周縁部に形成された折り曲げ 部３に、断面Ｌ字状のクリップ４を固着したものであった。ところがこのような ほうろうパネルは、躯体へ取り付けたときにパネル間にクリップ４の一部が突出 することとなるためにほうろうパネルどうしを十分に接近させることができず、 広い幅の目地が形成されてしまうため美観上及び雨仕舞上好ましくなかった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は上記した従来の問題点を解消して、パネルの外側にクリップが突出せ ず、目地幅を狭くできる補強枠付きほうろうパネルを提供するためになされたも のである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するためになされた本考案は、ほうろう板の周縁部に形成さ れた折り曲げ部の内面に、内側に向かって傾斜した部分を持つクリップの一端を 固着し、このクリップの他端に補強枠を取り付けたことを特徴とするものである 。 以下に本考案を図示の実施例によって更に詳細に説明する。

【実施例】
図１及び図２において、１はほうろう用鋼板の表面にほうろうを施釉焼成した ほうろう板であり、その周縁部には従来のものと同様に折り曲げ部３が形成され ている。またほうろう板１の背面には、硅酸カルシウムや発泡コンクリート等か らなる耐火ボード２が接合されている。
【０００６】 本考案においては、この折り曲げ部３の内面に、内側に向かって傾斜した部分 を持つ金属製のクリップ７の一端が溶接されている。このクリップ７は図示のよ うに折り曲げ部３の内面に沿った形状の平面部８と、傾斜部９と、この平面部８ と並行な平面部１０とからなる弾性構造を持つもので、平面部８が折り曲げ部３ の内面に溶接される一方、他の平面部１０が中空の補強枠６にねじ止めされて補 強枠付きほうろうパネルを構成している。なお補強枠６としては、例えば図示の ような角パイプを使用することができる。またこの補強枠６の一面は、ほうろう 板１の背面の耐火ボード２に密着されている。

【作用】
このように構成された本考案の補強枠付きほうろうパネルは、図１に示すよう に補強枠６を利用して建物躯体等に取り付けられるものであり、図４に示した従 来のもののようにパネルの外側にクリップが突出することがない。このためにパ ネル相互の距離を十分に接近させることができ、図２にも示すように目地幅Ｗを 狭くして施工後の外観と雨仕舞を向上させることができる。
【０００８】 更に本考案の補強枠付きほうろうパネルは、傾斜した部分を持つ金属製のクリ ップ７を介してほうろう板１に補強枠６を取り付けているので、ほうろう板１の 焼成の際に不可避的に生ずる反り等をこのクリップ７の弾性により無理なく吸収 させることができ、補強枠６の機械的強度を利用して反りのないほうろうパネル とすることができる。

【考案の効果】
以上に説明したように、本考案の補強枠付きほうろうパネルはパネルの外側に クリップが突出せず、ほうろう板の反りを吸収することもできる利点を持つもの である。よって本考案は従来の問題点を解消したものとして、その実用的価値は 極めて大きいものがある。
