Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, a net conveyor for transporting a work has been common in a submerged jet cleaning apparatus that cleans the work by spraying the cleaning liquid from the nozzle while the work and the nozzle are immersed in the cleaning liquid. Work 4 is placed on top of this net conveyor 7.
is carried to the dip tank 5, and the nozzle 3 is placed in the cleaning liquid 1.
The cleaning liquid is sprayed toward the workpiece 4 to clean it. The cleaning liquid 1 repeats the cycle of dip tank 5 → filter 6 → pump 2 → nozzle 3.

However, in the workpiece conveyance mechanism of conventional submerged jet cleaning equipment, the workpiece is simply carried on a net conveyor by its own weight, so when the weight of the workpiece is light or the jet pressure from the nozzle is strong, the dinit jet from the nozzle This has had problems in that the workpieces float up due to the swirling current in the dip tank, resulting in them not being conveyed or falling off the net conveyor.

Therefore, in order to solve these conventional problems, the present invention prevents the workpiece from being blown off and falling from the net conveyor even when the weight of the workpiece is light or when the injection pressure from the nozzle is strong. The purpose of this method is to provide a means for reliably conveying the workpiece even if the workpiece is lifted up by a jet stream or a vortex in the dip tank.

In order to solve the above problems, the work transport mechanism of the submerged jet cleaning device of the present invention is a submerged jet cleaning device that cleans the work by jetting the cleaning liquid from the nozzle while the work and the nozzle are immersed in the cleaning liquid. The net conveyor for conveyance is arranged in two stages, upper and lower, with the workpiece in between, with a predetermined interval for the workpiece to pass through, and these movements are characterized in that (1) the workpiece is conveyed in one direction.

Further, net conveyors for transporting the workpieces are arranged in four directions other than the workpiece transporting direction at predetermined intervals through which the workpieces pass, and these movements are characterized in that (1) the workpieces are transported in one direction.

According to the above configuration of the present invention, even if the workpiece is blown away by the jet stream from the nozzle, it is surrounded by the net conveyor in the vertical direction or on all sides, so the workpiece is conveyed while being regulated within this area. It almost never falls off the conveyor.

In addition, since the net conveyors surrounding the workpiece move synchronously, even if the workpiece floats up due to the jet stream from the nozzle or the vortex in the dip tank, as long as the workpiece is in contact with any of the net conveyors, It will be transported to some extent.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In FIG. 1, a workpiece 4 is carried down a slope on a net conveyor 7 and is conveyed into a dip tank 5. Nozzles 3 are installed above and below in the dip tank 5, and the cleaning liquid 1 is force-fed to the nozzles 3 by a pump 2 through a filter 6, and is sprayed into the liquid to perform jet cleaning. Inside the dip tank 5, in addition to a conveyor 7 for transporting workpieces, a net conveyor 8 is arranged above the conveyor 7 at a predetermined interval for the workpieces to pass through, so that the workpieces are blown away by jets from nozzles. It prevents you from getting hurt. This net conveyor 8 is connected to the drive system 9 of the net conveyor 7 by a belt 10, and moves in synchronization so as to convey the works in the same direction. As a result, even if the workpiece is floated by the jet stream from the nozzle or the eddy current in the dip tank, the workpiece will be conveyed as long as it is in contact with either of the net conveyors 7 and 8. In this embodiment, the workpiece is regulated in the dip tank by net conveyors 7 and 8 at the top and bottom, and by fixing plates at the front and back sides, and is conveyed within the area surrounded by these. As shown in (1), by bending the net of the net conveyor 8 into a U-shape and attaching nets to the sides, it is also possible to surround them on all sides and convey them in the same direction (1).

In this example, the workpiece is a flat workpiece, so the method described above may be used for the sides, but if the workpiece has a height, separate net con hairs are placed on each of the four sides and the same method is used. (1) It may be transported.

As explained above, in the present invention, the net conveyor for transporting the work is arranged in two stages above and below the work, or in four directions other than the direction in which the work is transported, at predetermined intervals, and the movement of these net conveyors is arranged at predetermined intervals. (1) By conveying the workpiece in one direction, the workpiece is conveyed vertically or surrounded by a net conveyor on all sides, so if the workpiece is light or the jet pressure from the nozzle is strong, However, the workpiece will not be blown off and fall from the net conveyor, and since the net conveyor surrounding the workpiece moves synchronously, the workpiece will be safe even if it is lifted by the jet stream from the nozzle or the vortex in the dip tank. It has the effect of being transported to
