It is installed in a hanging manner and is used to guide and discharge indoor exhaust outdoors.

At this time, the connecting portions are sealed. To do this, asbestos sheets were traditionally used as packing between the flanges, but in recent years neoprene rubber packing has been used instead to prevent asbestos from leaking. The joints shall be sealed with adhesive tape as necessary.

Therefore, the packing made of neoprene rubber tends to deteriorate, and it is difficult to sufficiently seal the connection portion over a long period of time.

の解決手段とする。In accordance with the above object, the present invention discloses water-repellent and oil-absorbing kapok fibers used alone or in combination with other fibers for recovering marine oil spills, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-47313. and other fibers dispersed therein, and the packing is sandwiched and pressure-inserted between the flanges of the exhaust duct, between the overlapping parts of the ducts, or between the overlapping parts of the connecting member and the duct. In other words, the present invention provides a method in which a non-woven felt-like packing comprising inorganic fibers and kapok fibers intertwined and dispersed therewith is sandwiched between opposing flanges fastened at the end of an exhaust duct. A device for sealing a connecting part of an exhaust duct (Claim 1), characterized in that it is interposed and made of kapok fiber or other fibers in place of the felt-like powkink of Claim 1. An exhaust duct connecting part sealing device (Claim 2), characterized in that it is formed by using a cone-like bunkink having a dispersing device and whose surface is covered with an oil-permeable sheet material (Claim 2), and Claim 1 Item or claim 2
An exhaust duct connecting part sealing device characterized in that it is used between connecting flanges or between duct overlapping parts as described in Claim 3, and is used between a fitting or fitted connecting member and an overlapping part of the duct (Claim No. 3)
2), and these are the gist of the invention as a means of solving the above object.

However, other packings can be appropriately used in combination with other packings except for the lower surface side where there is less possibility of oil leakage, and it is not possible to always use the above-mentioned packings over the entire circumference.

[Effects of the Invention] With the present invention configured as described above, the present invention can be applied to the connecting flanges, between the overlapping parts of the duct, or between the overlapping parts of the joint material to be fitted or fitted and the duct. Packing that is pressurized between the gas and gas cylinders itself seals these, and if the exhaust gas contains oil, the kapok fibers of the packing absorb the adhering oil and expand in volume. This ensures a tight seal over time and prevents oil from leaking and falling onto the ceiling surface, contaminating the surface.
