Description
第１図はこの考案に係る空気調和機の室内ユニ
ツトの一実施例を示す断面図、第２図は多孔質構
造体の断面図、第３図は従来の空気調和機の室内
ユニツトを示す断面図である。 図中、１，１Ａは筐体、１ａは前面パネル（前
面部）、１ｂはボツクス（背面部）、１ｃは前面
部外壁、１ｄは背面部外壁、４は吸引口、５は吹
出口、６は熱交換器、１０は羽根車、１２は多孔
質構造体、１３は空気層である。尚、図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。

造体の断面図、第３図は従来の空気調和機の室内
ユニツトを示す断面図である。 図中、１，１Ａは筐体、１ａは前面パネル（前
面部）、１ｂはボツクス（背面部）、１ｃは前面
部外壁、１ｄは背面部外壁、４は吸引口、５は吹
出口、６は熱交換器、１０は羽根車、１２は多孔
質構造体、１３は空気層である。尚、図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 室内の壁面に取着される筐体と、この筐体の上
部に設けられ当該筐体内への室内空気の流入を許
容する吸引口と、該筐体の下部に設けられ室内へ
の筐体内空気の流出を許容する吹出口と、該筐体
内の前後方向に傾斜して配設され吸引口から筐体
内に流入した空気を冷却又は加熱する熱交換器と
、該筐体内の下部に配設され熱交換器を経た空気
を吹出口から室内に送出する回転可能の羽根車と
を備えた空気調和機の室内ユニツトにおいて、上
記熱交換器の前方に位置する筐体の前面部と、該
熱交換器及び羽根車の後方に位置する筐体の背面
部とを比重を層の厚さ方向もしくは層の面方向に
連続的に変化させた多孔質層を有する多孔質構造
体で形成し、上記多孔質層の厚さ方向の比重が小
さい面を上記筐体の内部側に、比重が大きい面を
外部側に配置するとともに、上記多孔質構造体で
形成した上記筐体の前面部及び筐体の背面部の外
側面に前面部外壁及び背面部外壁を設けることに
より、上記筐体の前面部と上記前面部外壁間及び
上記筐体の背面部と上記背面部外壁間に形成され
た空気層と上記多孔質構造体とにより吸音部を構
成したことを特徴とする空気調和機の室内ユニツ
ト。
