Previously, a method was used in which rectangular plates were pasted one by one to the subfloor, but this method was very time-consuming and involved shifting the joints on the short sides of the rectangular bodies and attaching them to the long sides. In order to obtain a beautiful floor pattern with straight seams, it is necessary to position each rectangular object that makes up the floor in a straight line and attach them to the subfloor one row at a time. If the position of each rectangular body shifts even slightly, the dimensions will not match and open joints will be created, which is unsightly.
There were drawbacks such as the adhesive applied to the base seeping into the joints and damaging the appearance. Therefore, on the upper surface of the back plate 15 of the building board B as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-98218, that is, the back board 15 is provided with vertical insertion parts 13 and 14 having stepped holes 11 and 12 at both ends in the vertical direction of the flat board. , a large number of rectangular bodies 16 having the same width are vertically arranged in parallel to form a rectangular body aggregate 17 having the same width as the back plate 15, and the block plate-like aggregate 17 and the back plate 15 are separated by their respective vertical side edges 18, Architectural board B was proposed in which 18', 19, and 19' were arranged so as to form a step drop, but it was made by assembling a large number of rectangular bodies 16 on a back board 15 that is rigid and does not bend easily. because there is,
If the base plate is uneven, the rigid backing board 15 will not be able to adjust to it, and the wrinkles will cause the building board B
This appears in the joints between the building boards B, and the joints between the building boards B create a larger gap than the joints between the rectangular bodies 16 on the surface, which impairs the appearance. This has to be done more carefully than necessary, which is a cause of lowering the construction efficiency.Since the horizontal side edges of the block board assembly 17 are formed with unevenness, the building board B is pushed against the wall from the vertical direction. Since the rectangular body 16 on the front side has to be fitted into the back plate 15 on the back side, there is a construction problem in that it cannot be fitted from diagonally or horizontally near a wall. Since the rectangular bodies 19 are not actually connected to each other, when the back plate 15 bends under the load, the joints between the rectangular bodies 16 will be wide open, spoiling the appearance, and creating uneven surfaces on the surfaces of the rectangular bodies 16. This can cause you to stumble when walking.

きの原因になるという問題がある。 On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-132038 discloses a bendable building material in which a plurality of strip-shaped plates are arranged on one side of a flexible sheet, with the strip-shaped plates adjacent to each other being arranged in parallel via real connections. However, in this building material, the actual machining appears only on the long side ends, and furthermore, the short side ends are formed in parallel in a straight line. In such a shape, when a floor is constructed by laying multiple bendable building materials, it is not possible to connect the bendable building materials to each other in the longitudinal direction (towards the ends of the short sides) through real connections. Furthermore, since the joint in that direction only brings the linear ends into contact with each other, the straight joint is exposed, and as the subfloor becomes uneven, it is easy for this joint to become misaligned or level. Further, there are problems in that it spoils the appearance and causes people to trip when walking.

By sequentially shifting a plurality of elongated rectangular bodies 1, 1, . A step-like side edge is formed at both ends in the short side direction of the body to reveal a cutting part for joining that can fit into each other, and the rectangular bodies are attached to the back side to make it bendable. The floor plate A is formed by integrally forming a sheet-like material.

To explain the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes an elongated rectangular body made of a wooden board, and there are holes for joining a male fruit 2 and a female fruit 3 that fit into each other at both ends in the long side direction and both ends in the short side direction. It has been machined. Further, the rectangular body 1 is made of a laminated material of thin plates, and a decorative layer 5 made of a synthetic resin impregnated layer is integrally provided on the surface layer.

A rectangular body with an elongated shape is connected to an adjacent rectangular body by an appropriate dimension in the long side direction and connected in a real connection, so that both ends of the rectangular body in the short side direction can fit into each other. A step-like side edge is formed to expose a cutting part for joining, and the rectangular bodies are integrally formed by a bendable sheet-like material attached to the back surface, so that the floor surface When constructing a pattern, it is now possible to construct a floorboard that is a collection of rectangular bodies, and the joints in the short side direction can be shifted from each other without having to position each rectangular body one by one as in the past, making it easy to Not only can the construction be carried out, but the joint lines of the short sides of the rectangular bodies always appear offset, and the floor pattern of the joints, which are arranged offset throughout and have a high decorative and design effect, is revealed, and the joint Sometimes, both edges of the short side of the rectangular body are step-like,
It can be fitted not only vertically but also diagonally or parallel to the short side, making it easy to install in narrow spaces or near walls.

なる。 In addition, since the rectangular bodies are integrated with a sheet-like material, even if there is an uneven surface on the subfloor to be constructed, the adjacent rectangular bodies will bend from their connected parts due to the sheet-like material, resulting in uneven surfaces. It has the advantage of being familiar with
Furthermore, because the joint gaps due to unevenness are dispersed in each connected part, and because adjacent rectangular bodies are actually connected, large and uneven joint openings occur at the joints between floorboards and the joints between rectangular bodies. This results in a uniform joint as a whole, and a beautiful finish with no level difference between the surfaces of the rectangular body.

等の虞れがない。 In addition, when the rectangular body is formed from a laminated material of thin plates,
Since it does not warp even under the influence of humidity, it has sufficient adhesion to the base and there is no risk of peeling.
In addition, stable floorboards are obtained that do not expand or contract due to the effects of humidity, so there are no gaps due to dimensional errors, no dirt or dust accumulates, and the joints are hygienic and beautiful, and the joints due to the extension of the floorboards Since this prevents the table or chair from lifting up, there is no risk of the legs getting caught on the edge of the floorboard and causing damage when moving the table or chair.

有するものである。 Furthermore, when the decorative layer on the surface of each rectangular body that makes up the floorboard is made of synthetic resin-injected wooden boards, it has excellent abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and water resistance, and when tables and chairs are placed. , will not be dented or damaged by the pressing force of the legs, and even if it gets dirty, it can be easily wiped off. Also, since it hardly absorbs water from the surface side, it is resistant to rot, and the surface grain pattern etc. It is possible to obtain a highly durable floorboard with a well-maintained decorative surface. In addition, it has many excellent properties as a floorboard, such as the upper corner portions not being damaged during transportation and handling, and the joints being strengthened.
