の特徴がある。 [Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is useful for forming horizontal and vertical walls inside and outside buildings and structures. ) regarding. [Prior Art] A considerable number of conventional boards of this kind have been put on the market in which a core material, particularly polyurethane foam or polyisocyanurate foam, is filled between the front surface material and the back surface material. However, due to new regulations regarding fire resistance, a board using only the above-mentioned foam as a core material cannot pass either the quasi-inflammability test or the fire-retardant structure test. Therefore, for example, instead of polyisocyanurate foam, polyisocyanurate foam,
Boards have been proposed that are formed using phenol foam as a core material, which has good dimensional stability and carbonization properties at high temperatures. However, phenol foam lacks adhesive properties, and a strong acidic curing agent is used to foam and harden phenol foam.
The disadvantage was that the phenol foam remained after the reaction and corroded the steel plate used as the surface material, causing rust. Furthermore, this type of board had a disadvantage in giving a three-dimensional effect. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention
In addition to improving fire resistance by using resin for phenol foam as the core material, anti-rust paper is interposed between the surface material and the core material, so that the residual strong acid component of the resin for phenol foam as the core material comes into contact with the surface material. At the same time, since the core material permeates and hardens into the rust-proof paper, it strengthens the integration of the surface material and core material. By providing at least one decorative groove formed from the above to form a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces, and increasing the ratio of the sloped surface and the inclined side wall to the decorative piece, the decorative piece appears to stand out due to specular reflection and diffused reflection. In this way, the three-dimensional effect is strengthened, and the decorative grooves prevent the board from twisting, bending, and warping. The board is made wider to improve economy and workability. A male connecting portion having an insertion edge and an engaging groove is formed on the edge of the side wall, and a male connecting portion having an engaging groove is formed on the edge of the side wall, so that the connecting structure of the board can be fitted with the insertion edge. The groove, the engagement groove and the lower edge of the engagement groove are double layered to improve engagement force and waterproofness, and when installing the board horizontally, it is a drop-in type that can be easily done by one person.
Furthermore, we propose a board that can also be used vertically. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which includes, for example, surface-treated steel sheets, zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheets, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheets (product names: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel sheet, Super Zinc), aluminum plates, and aluminum alloy plates. , a surface material 1 formed from a metal plate (including a flat plate and an embossed plate) made of one type of copper plate, stainless steel plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc. by one type of roll, press, or extrusion process; It is formed from a core material 22 filled in the back surface of the material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 24 covering the back surface of the core material 22. To explain further, the surface material 1 is formed from a decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 9 , and a female type connecting part 17 , as shown in FIG. In other words, the decorative surface portion 2 has an angle of θ 1 (acute angle) at one end.
The cross section is formed into a substantially gutter-like shape by an inclined side wall 3 bent at an angle of θ 2 and a side wall 4 bent at an angle of θ 2 at the other end. Since this inclined side wall 3 has θ≦90°, it improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints. It is formed to have a ratio of 1:5 to 0.2, and is useful for strengthening the three-dimensional appearance of the joint area and increasing the working width through specular reflection and diffused reflection. Furthermore, the side walls 4 cast shadows on the joints and enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the wall. Incidentally, the angle θ 2 between the side wall 4 and the decorative piece 2d may be an acute angle, a right angle, or an obtuse angle, but an acute angle provides a clearer effect of draining rainwater flowing down the surface of the decorative piece 2b and a clearer shadow cast on the joint area. Therefore, it is preferable. Further, at least one cosmetic groove 5 is formed along the longitudinal direction in the decorative surface portion 2 , and a plurality of horizontal decorative pieces 2a, 2b are formed by the decorative groove 5. This decorative groove 5 has a side surface 6 that intersects with the decorative piece 2a at least at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 described above.
, an inclined surface 7 that intersects with the decorative piece 2b at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 , and a recess 8 formed between the side surface 6 and the inclined surface 7 . Furthermore, the decorative groove 5 is one in the center of the decorative surface part 2 , or three to three decorative grooves 5 are provided in the center of the decorative surface part 2 .
A plurality of pieces (same shape, irregular shape) are provided so as to be divided into 5 parts, mainly to prevent the decorative surface part 2 from warping, twisting, and flattening. The ratio is about 1:5 to 0.2, and the so-called mirror reflection and diffuse reflection between the decorative pieces 2a and 2b, the inclined side wall 3, and the decorative groove 5 create a different shade from the conventional decorative groove and strengthen the three-dimensional effect of the decorative surface part 2. The contrast creates a sense of unevenness, and the cross section of the joint shown in FIG. It is something that improves one's sexuality. In addition, the recessed portion 8 is formed in a shape created by bending the surface material 1 or in an arbitrary shape, so that the side wall 4 and the sloped surface 7 are clearly distinguished from each other in FIG. 4. This is to closely resemble the appearance of the part in contact with the side wall 3, to create horizontal lines on the wall body as if it were made up of repeated decorative grooves 5, and to improve the design. Reference numeral 9 denotes a male connecting portion, which includes an insertion edge 10 with the tip of the inclined side wall 3 projecting outward, an engagement groove 13 having a U-shaped cross section with the insertion edge 10 as the upper edge, and the engagement groove 1.
3, an extension part 15 that extends the lower edge 14 of 3 outward, a tongue piece 16 that is bent at the tip of the extension part 15 into a seam shape as necessary, and a groove part 11 provided on the upper side of the insertion edge 10.
and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 12. To explain further, the insertion edge 10 is inserted into a fitting groove 20 of a female connecting part 17 , which will be described later,
In addition, the engagement groove 13 engages the lower edge 19 of the engagement groove 20, making the connection structure of the board A double, strengthening waterproofness, engagement force, and packability, and making the board A suitable for horizontal tensioning. , it can also be used for vertical installation. Further, the groove portion 11 forms a void in the connecting structure of the board A to prevent capillary phenomenon, and the reinforcing rib 12 functions as a rain cover. Further, the extension part 15 is connected to the board A.
This is the part that is fixed to the wall base using nails or other fixing devices in a location where rainwater will not directly infiltrate. Furthermore, tongue piece 1
6 prevents the tip of the extension part 15 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the edge of the extension part 15 during work. Although not shown, caulking material or packing material may be planted in a portion of the groove portion 11 to further strengthen waterproofness. Further, the tongue piece 16 can be formed in the shape of an upper seam so as to sandwich the edge of the back material 24. The female connecting portion 17 bends the end edge of the side wall 4 inward to form an upper edge 18, then outwards to form a lower edge 19, and has a cross section that is approximately U-shaped from the upper edge 18 and the lower edge 19. It is composed of a fitting groove 20 formed in the shape of a shape, and a tongue piece 21 whose tip of the lower edge 19 is bent into a seam shape. This fitting groove 20 fits the insertion edge 10, and the lower edge 19 engages with the engagement groove 13. The tongue piece 21 also prevents the edge of the lower edge 19 from waving,
This makes it easier to insert the lower edge 19 into the engagement groove 13 and prevents injuries caused by the edges of the lower edge 19. Note that the tongue piece 21 is formed into an upper flap shape as shown in the figure to sandwich the edge of the back material 24, thereby strengthening the integration of the surface material 1, the core material 22, and the back material 24, and also It is also possible to prevent leakage from around the female type connecting part 17 , or to form it in the shape of a bottom seam (not shown). The core material 22 includes a decorative surface portion 2 on the back side of the surface material 1 , a male connecting portion 9 , and a female connecting portion 1.
It fills at least the gutter-shaped part surrounded by 7 and mainly gives insulation and non-combustibility to board A, making it possible for board A to pass quasi-incombustibility test and fire protection structure test. At the same time, it also provides cushioning and soundproofing properties. The material is phenol foam resin or pearlite coated with phenol foam resin, which is heated and pressurized to foam, and these are combined with flame retardants, flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, etc.). Antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, pearlite grains, shirasu balloon). In addition, when filling the back surface of the surface material 1 with the core material 22, raw materials are discharged, reacted and foamed, or adhered as a molded body. Further, a recessed portion 22a is formed in the vicinity of the female connecting portion 17 of the core material 22, and in combination with the extension portion 15 at the connecting portion of the board A, backlash is removed and the fit of the board A is improved. Further, although not shown, the core material 22 may be provided to bulge downward from the back surface of the extension portion 15 to further improve heat insulation and fire protection. 23 is anticorrosion paper, which prevents a strong acid component, which is a curing agent of the resin for phenol foam used as the core material 22, from coming into contact with the surface material 1 , and prevents corrosion of the surface material 1 ; When discharged as a raw material, the core material 22 penetrates into the anticorrosive paper 23 and hardens, so it also functions as an auxiliary material to strengthen the integration of the surface material 1 and the core material 22. The material of the anti-rust paper 23 is, for example, kraft paper, or inorganic paper made by binding glass fibers or ceramic fibers with an adhesive and impregnated with aromatic carboxylic acids or pyrazoles, or boric acid, water, etc. It consists of a mixture of aluminum oxide, etc., and a polyethylene sheet and various metal foils (Al, Cu) laminated and vapor-deposited on these. To explain in more detail, as shown in FIG. 3, the anti-rust paper 23 is placed between the surface material 1 and the core material 22, and is attached to the back surface of the surface material 1 with an adhesive 23a. . Further, the anticorrosive paper 23 may be a single sheet of wide paper, or it may be made into a strip of cut paper and attached to the back surfaces of the decorative pieces 2a, 2b, the inclined side wall 3, and the inclined surface 7. Further, the area to which the anti-rust paper 23 is attached is at least the entire area where the core material 22 contacts the back surface of the surface material 1 , and the edges of the anti-rust paper 23 are held between the tongues 16 and 21 together with the back material 24. It is also possible. Reference numeral 24 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 22 to give the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass. It is made of a laminate of one or more types of nonwoven fibers, etc., or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Note that both ends of the backing material 24 may be held between the tongue pieces 16 and 21, or placed between the surface material 1 and the core material 22, or placed outward from the edge of the male connecting portion 9 . It is also possible to stand out. Here, the size of each part of the board A according to the present invention will be explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lengths of the decorative pieces 2a and 2b are L 1 and L 2 , respectively.
The range of the inclined side wall 3 is W 1 , the range of the inclined surface 7 is W 2 ,
The distance from the edge of the inclined side wall 3 to the tip of the insertion edge 10 is l 1 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 13 to the tip of the insertion edge 10 is l 2 , and the distance is extended from the innermost part of the engagement groove 13 Part 1
5, the distance from the lower end of the side wall 4 to the innermost part of the engagement groove 20 is l4 , the distance from the innermost part of the engagement groove 20 to the edge of the lower edge 19 is l5 , Recessed part 2
2a is the range l 6 , the height of the side surface 6 of the decorative groove 5 is h 1 ,
The height of the side wall 4 is h2 , the height from the upper surface of the reinforcing rib 12 to the surface of the extension part 15 is h3 , the height from the upper edge 18 to the lower edge 19 is h4 , and the decorative pieces 2a and 2b
The height from to the back surface of the core material 22 is h 5 and h 6 respectively
Then, l 1 ≒ l 4 , l 2 ≒ l 5 , l 3 ≒ l 6 , h 1 ≒ h 2 , h 3 ≒
h4 , h5 ≒ h6 , and W1 : L1 =1:5~0.2,
The relationship is W 2 :L 2 =1:5 to 0.2. That is,
The above relationship means that when the boards A are connected, the decorative grooves 5 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating a unified line in the wall, forming a wall with rich design, and the sloped surface 7 and the sloped side wall 3. This is to improve the three-dimensional effect of the wall due to specular reflection and diffused reflection between the decorative pieces 2a and 2b. Furthermore, L 1 and l 2 , and
As shown in the figure, W 1 and W 2 are L 1 ≒ L 2 and W 1 ≒ W 2 , and it is preferable that L 1 :W 1 ≒L 2 :W 2 ,
L 1 <L 2 , or L 1 >L 2 , W 1 <W 2 , as necessary.
Alternatively, a relationship such as W 1 >W 2 , that is, L 1 :W 1 ≠L 2 :W 2 , is also possible. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 4 to form a wall. In addition, for the boards A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate is used as the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 24, and phenol is used as the core material 22 between the anti-rust paper 23 and the back material 24. The foam resin raw material is discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board A 1 is attached to the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) α.
The extension part 15 of is fixed via the nail β. then the nth
By combining the fitting groove 20 of the female connecting portion 17 of the +1st stage board A 2 with the insertion edge 10 of the board A 1 , waterproofness, engagement force, and
This forms joints with excellent packing properties. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. Although not shown, it is necessary to use a starter for the base, a jointer and caulking material for the vertical joints, and caulking materials and accessories for the exit and entry corners. This is a case where the rust effect is strengthened and waterproofness is improved. In addition, FIGS. 9a to 9g show the state in which the rust-proof paper 23 and the backing material 24 are installed on the female connecting part 17 side, and the purpose and effect are as shown in the eighth figure.
It is similar to the figure. In addition, in FIGS. 8 and 9, the surface material 1 is shown by a two-dot chain line, and the anticorrosion paper 23 and the back material 24 are shown by a solid line. Furthermore, FIGS. 10a to 10k are explanatory diagrams showing the deformation of the core material 22 and the decorative surface part 2 , and FIGS.
Boards A and D, which bulge downward from 5 and are designed to improve heat insulation and fire resistance, have a core material 22 made of multiple materials (same or different), such as phenol foam and polyisocyanurate foam, or phenol foam and plaster. Boards A and e to g, which are formed from boards etc. and combine the functions of each material, have a circulation groove 25 on the back side, and boards A and h, which have an air cycle effect added to the wall, are male-type connections. Part 9 ,
This board A has a caulking material 26 implanted in at least one of the positions indicated by hatching in the female connecting portion 17 , and the caulking material 26 is a hot melt adhesive, a molded packing material, or a hot melt adhesive after applying the adhesive. Boards A and i are made of a type of packing material that does not have adhesive strength, and are designed to improve waterproofness.
The figure shows a board A in which an end wall 27 is formed on both edges or one edge of the decorative surface section 2 in the short direction, making it easy to waterproof the vertical joints when the boards A are joined in the longitudinal direction. Board A with intermediate decorative grooves 2c and 2d formed on pieces 2a and 2b, and board A shown in FIG. be. Of course, it is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of each of FIGS. 5 to 10. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention, since the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, and the joint width can be kept constant. can. Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced, the decorative surface part can be prevented from warping, twisting, and flattening, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. Since the decorative groove and the joint part have almost the same cross-sectional shape, a recessed part with a folded gap is formed in the decorative groove, so there are no joints in the entire wall, and the pattern consists only of the so-called decorative groove, which is beautiful. Moreover, a wall body with rich design can be formed. The decorative surface portion is formed as follows: inclined side wall - decorative piece - side surface of the decorative groove - inclined surface of the decorative groove - decorative piece - side wall, and the ratio of decorative piece: inclined side wall, decorative piece: inclined surface is 1:5.
By increasing the width of the sloped side walls and slopes as shown in ~0.2, we effectively utilize diffused reflection and specular reflection to create a bulge in the decorative piece, and on top of that, we create a level difference by creating a decorative groove that approximates the joint area. It is possible to make the walls clearer and to make the decorative pieces stand out, creating a wall with a three-dimensional effect. Since phenol foam resin is used as the core material, it has excellent fire retardant properties and can pass quasi-nonflammability tests and fire-retardant structure tests. Since the anticorrosion paper is interposed between the surface material and the core material, the strong acid component that is the curing agent for the core material does not come into contact with the surface material, thereby preventing corrosion of the surface material. The presence of anti-rust paper strengthens the integration of the surface material and core material. The board has a sandwich structure, which greatly improves its mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally.
Flatness of the entire wall can be easily obtained. Since the board connection structure is double, engagement force and packing performance are improved. Since a gap is formed in the connection structure of the board by the groove of the insertion edge of the male connection part, capillary phenomenon is prevented and excellent waterproofness is achieved. It has the following characteristics.
