成するように構成し、更に、上記第2準備加熱室
2と半田付け用本加熱室3との間に、コイル状に
巻回する管体内に冷媒ガスを流通させることに基
づき冷却作用を奏させるように成した冷却用パイ
プ15を介在させるように構成したことを特徴と
する自動半田付け機。 (2) 半田付け対象製品Mをトンネル炉A内で移
送するための移動用無端チエーンコンベアー12
を、当該トンネル炉A内にその全体が収容される
ような形態で設けて成る請求項1に記載の自動半
田付け機。
