第2準備加熱室2と、半田付け用本加熱室3とを
画設すると共に、各加熱室には夫々加熱用ヒータ
ーと撹拌フアンを設けて独立した温度雰囲気を形
成するように構成し、更に、上記した第1準備加
熱室1、第2準備加熱室2、半田付け用本加熱室
3の所要箇所に、コイル状に巻回する管体内に冷
媒ガスを流通させることに基づき冷却作用を奏さ
せるように成した冷却用パイプを設けるように構
成したことを特徴とする自動半田付け機。 (2) 第1準備加熱室1と第2準備加熱室2との
隣接部分に第1冷却用パイプ15を、第2準備加
熱室2内の中央部分に第2冷却用パイプ16を、
第2準備加熱室2内の出口寄り部分に第3冷却用
パイプ17を、更に、第2準備加熱室2と半田付
け用本加熱室3の隣接部分に第4冷却用パイプ1
8を、夫々設けて成る請求項1に記載の自動半田
付け機。 (3) トンネル炉Aの入口部分には、前扉5と後
扉6とを夫々開閉自在に設けて成る入口側気密保
持室4を連通可能に連結すると共に、当該トンネ
ル炉Aの出口部分には、前扉8と後扉9とを夫々
開閉自在に設けて成る出口側気密保持室7を連通
可能に連結し、当該出口側気密保持室7内に、冷
却パイプを設けて成る請求項1または請求項2に
