【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) トンネル炉A内に、第1準備加熱室1と、
第2準備加熱室2と、半田付け用本加熱室3とを
画設すると共に、各加熱室には夫々加熱用ヒータ
ーと撹拌フアンを設けて独立した温度雰囲気を形
成するように構成した自動半田付け機であつて、
当該各加熱用ヒーターと撹拌フアン部分全体を、
表面を格子状面または網目状面として成る熱風放
散用カバー体で覆うように構成して成る自動半田
付け機。 (2) 上記した第1準備加熱室1、第2準備加熱
室2、半田付け用本加熱室3の所要箇所に、コイ
ル状に巻回する管体内に冷媒ガスを流通させるこ
とに基づき冷却作用を奏させるように成した冷却
用パイプを設けるように構成したことを特徴とす
る請求項1に記載の自動半田付け機。 (3) 第1準備加熱室1と第2準備加熱室2との
隣接部分に第1冷却用パイプ15を、第2準備加
熱室2内の中央部分に第2冷却用パイプ16を、
第2準備加熱室2内の出口寄り部分に第3冷却用
パイプ17を、更に、第2準備加熱室2と半田付
け用本加熱室3の隣接部分に第4冷却用パイプ1
8を、夫々設けて成る請求項1または請求項2に
記載の自動半田付け機。 (4) トンネル炉Aの入口部分には、前扉5と後
扉6とを夫々開閉自在に設けて成る入口側気密保
