中心からずらせることにより、相手側接続子１５をボル
ト１６、ナット１７により締め付けた場合においても、
ボルト１６が外側に突出することがない。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、電動機等の電源供給部に使用する端子接続部に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、電動機の端子箱に接続する電源線の供給部には、図５に示すように丸棒 状の導体１の端部の中央部に板体状の接続板２を形成し、これにケーブル３を接 続した所謂羽子板端子と呼ばれる板体状の接続子４を、ボルト５、ナット６によ り締め付けて接続する場合が多い。更に、この接続部には絶縁テープ７によるテ ープ巻きを行って接続部の絶縁処理が行われている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながらこの接続部においては、ボルト５が片側によって外側に突出し易 く、絶縁処理の作業性が悪い欠点がある。また、接続部に絶縁テープの代りに熱 収縮チューブを装着する場合もあるが、ボルト５の先端が外方に突出しているた めにチューブが破損する虞れもある。
【０００４】 本考案の目的は、上述の欠点を解消し、ボルトが外側に出っ張らないように工 夫した端子接続部を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するための本考案に係る端子接続部は、丸棒から成る導体の 端部に板体状の接続板を形成し、該接続板に板体状接続子をボルト・ナットによ り締結する場合において、前記接続板の基部を前記導体の中心からずらして位置 させたことを特徴とするものである。

【作用】
上述の構成を有する端子接続部は、接続板が導体の中心からずれているために ボルト・ナットにより締結しても、ボルトが外側に出っ張らないで済む。

【実施例】
本考案を図１〜図４に図示の実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。 図１は丸棒から成る導体１１の先端部に板体状の接続板１２を形成した状態の 正面図であり、図２は側面図である。この場合に、接続板１２は基部が導体１１ の中心から外側に外れた位置に形成されており、接続板１２の中心にはボルト穴 １３が設けられている。
【０００８】 この接続板１２に、電線１４を接続し図示しないボルト穴を有する板体状接続 子１５を図３に示すように取り付け、ボルト１６、ナット１７により締結した後 に、図４に示すように絶縁テープ１８による絶縁処理が行われている。
【０００９】 この場合に、接続板１２は導体１１の中心からずれているために、接続子１５ を取り付けてボルト１７、ナット１８により締め付けても、接続板１２と接続子 １５の接続面が導体１１の中心部に位置することになり、ボルト１６は外側に出 っ張ることはなくなり、従来例で説明したような不具合が生ずることはない。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように本考案に係る端子接続部は、導体から形成した接続板を偏 心した位置に設けているために、接続子を取り付け、更にボルト、ナットにより 締結した場合においても、ボルトが外側に突出することはない。

  1. 【請求項１】 丸棒から成る導体の端部に板体状の接続
    板を形成し、該接続板に板体状接続子をボルト・ナット
    により締結する場合において、前記接続板の基部を前記
    導体の中心からずらして位置させたことを特徴とする端
    子接続部。
