- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 真空室内で高温に温度制御される要素を有す
る分子線エピタキシ装置において、前記要素の温
度を検出してフイードバツク回路を構成する温度
制御手段のうち、前記真空室内にのみ配置されて
いる前記温度を検出する温度センサを同じものと
し複数個設けて構成したことを特徴とする分子線
エピキタシ装置。 ２ 前記高温に温度制御される要素が基板ホルダ
