Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング１に形成された圧縮流体入口７と圧
    縮流体出口８との間にフイルタエレメント２を配
    設し、 前記入口７側及び出口８側とに通路９，１０を
    介して連通された室１１内に該室１１を入口側通
    路９に連通する空間Ｓ１と、出口側通路１０に連
    通する空間Ｓ２とに区画するピストン１２を摺動
    可能に収容し、 前記室１１内に前記両空間Ｓ１，Ｓ２内の圧力
    バランスが所定の状態からずれた時前記ピストン
    １２に対して該ピストン１２を所定位置側に付勢
    する付勢力を作用させる付勢手段１４を設け、 前記ピストン１２の少なくとも一部を磁性体で
    形成するとともに、該磁性体の磁気を検出する磁
    気センサ１７ａ，１７ｂを前記ピストン１２の移
    動方向に沿つて複数個設け、 前記複数個の磁気センサ１７ａ，１７ｂの検知
    信号に基づいて前記フイルタエレメント２の状態
    を良好、交換準備及び交換必要の少なくとも３段
    階で表示する発光表示部Ｌ１，Ｌ２，Ｌ３を設け
    たことを特徴とする目詰まり検知装置付フイルタ
    。
