    と、 その分岐された２光束の一方を上記ビームスプ
    リツタに戻す第１固定反射体と、 上記分岐された２光束の他方を上記ビームスプ
    リツタ側へ反射する可動反射体と、 その可動反射体からの反射光束をその可動反射
    体に反射させることにより、往復反射させた後、
    窓から上記ビームスプリツタへ出射させる第２固
    定反射体と、 を備え、上記第１固定反射体よりの光束と、上記
    第２固定反射体よりの光束とを上記ピームスプリ
    ツタで干渉させる光干渉計。
