【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
異質の熱可塑性合成樹脂成形品の接合
(従来の技術)
同種の熱可塑性合成樹脂の場合は接合面を加熱溶融し圧
着すれば樹脂は一体化し強固に接合出来る。従って、接
合面にニクロム線を挟み通電加熱しニクロム線の周辺の
樹脂を溶融加圧すれば接合することが出来る。

(発明か解決しようとする課題)
例えば、合成樹脂の箱状成形品の場合開口部の端面が弱
いので枠材をはめ込み補強を必要とする場合がある0箱

(課題を解決するための手段)

各々接合せんとする部品と同じ異質の2つの樹脂により
成形されている。そしてスパイラル状のニクロム線(4

(作用)

となり固化するので各部品にニクロム線を約半分ずつ埋
没して固定した状態になる。従って2つの部品の樹脂は
融着されていなくてもスパイラル状のニクロム線をかい
して機械的に強固に接合されたことになる。

(実施例)
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基ずいて説明する。
第3図は本発明の方法により製作された開口部に補強用
枠材を接合した箱状体を示す、(5)は箱本体て汎用樹

度を必要とするのでガラス繊維混入のナイロン樹脂て成
形されている0両樹脂は加熱融着出来ないし、また強固

枠材の溝である。第5図は接合の準備工程て接合部に接
合ロット(1)を配置した状態を示す、ポリプロピレン
とナイロンて構成さレタ接合ロッド(1)を枠材(6)
の溝(8)の底部側に接合ロットのナイロン部(3)か
くる様に配置する。この状態で接合ロッドのニクロム線
(4)に通電加熱しながら接合部を矢印方向に加圧する
、接合ロッドの(2)および(3)の樹脂が溶融すると
、それに接する箱体の端面部(7)および枠材溝(8)
の底部の樹脂も溶融する。加圧が進行すると空間(9)
が埋まり、(2)と(7)および(3)と(8)の樹脂
は同質であるので溶融後冷却すると一体となって固化す
る。第6図は冷却後の完成状態を示す、接合面はニクロ
ム線(4)を約半分ずつ両部品の中に埋没した状態で固
化している。斜線部(10)および(11)はポリプロ
ピレンおよびナイロン樹脂が溶融後一体化して固化した
部分を示す0箱本体(5)と枠材(6)とは両部品に半
分ずつ埋没したニクロム線(4)により強固に接合され
ている。

合ロット(1)を配置した状態を示す、ポリプロピレン
とナイロンて構成さレタ接合ロッド(1)を枠材(6)
の溝(8)の底部側に接合ロットのナイロン部(3)か
くる様に配置する。この状態で接合ロッドのニクロム線
(4)に通電加熱しながら接合部を矢印方向に加圧する
、接合ロッドの(2)および(3)の樹脂が溶融すると
、それに接する箱体の端面部(7)および枠材溝(8)
の底部の樹脂も溶融する。加圧が進行すると空間(9)
が埋まり、(2)と(7)および(3)と(8)の樹脂
は同質であるので溶融後冷却すると一体となって固化す
る。第6図は冷却後の完成状態を示す、接合面はニクロ
ム線(4)を約半分ずつ両部品の中に埋没した状態で固
化している。斜線部(10)および(11)はポリプロ
ピレンおよびナイロン樹脂が溶融後一体化して固化した
部分を示す0箱本体(5)と枠材(6)とは両部品に半
分ずつ埋没したニクロム線(4)により強固に接合され
ている。
第7図は類似の接合ロッド(1゛)の断面を示す、断面
の上下半分ずつ(2′)、(3°)が異質の熱可塑性合
成樹脂で押出成形により構成されている。第8図はその
側面図で(2′)(3’ )の外周に必要容量のニクロ
ム線(4′)がスパイラル状に巻き付けである。この種
の接合ロッドを使用しても本実と同一の効果を期待する
ことが出来る。

側面図で(2′)(3’ )の外周に必要容量のニクロ
ム線(4′)がスパイラル状に巻き付けである。この種
の接合ロッドを使用しても本実と同一の効果を期待する
ことが出来る。

Claims (1)
- 熱融着出来ない異質の熱可塑性合成樹脂で成形された2
つの部品の接合面間に、断面の上半分と下半分を成形品
と同種のそれぞれ異質の合成樹脂で構成し、その中にス
パイラル状のニクロム線を内蔵した接合ロッドを挟みニ
クロム線に通電加熱し、加圧冷却して異質の熱可塑性合
成樹脂成形品を接合する方法。
