Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 加速度を受けたときに歪を生じ、これに応じ
て発生する電荷量から加速度を検知する圧電性物
質を利用した加速度センサにおいて、圧電性物質
と、複数の電極とを積層して成り、これを把持す
る固定部と、これらを被覆する被覆層とを備えた
ことを特徴とする圧電性物質を利用した加速度セ
ンサ。 ２ 前記被覆層がエポキシ系樹脂であることを特
徴とする請求項１記載の圧電性物質を利用した加
速度センサ。 ３ 前記被覆層がフエノール系樹脂であることを
特徴とする請求項１記載の圧電性物質を利用した
加速度センサ。 ４ 前記被覆層がメラミン系樹脂であることを特
徴とする請求項１記載の圧電性物質を利用した加
速度センサ。 ５ 前記圧電性物質の表面と前記複数の電極の表
面とが共通した単一の前記被覆層により覆われて
いることを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれか
に記載の圧電性物質を利用した加速度センサ。
