Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザからの光を光フアイバに光学的に
結合させる半導体レーザモジユールにおいて、前
記光フアイバの端部を挿入するパイプと、該パイ
プと嵌合するフランジ付きのサポートとを備え、
該サポートを前記半導体レーザを内蔵したパツケ
ージに、また前記パイプを前記サポートにそれぞ
れ溶接固着してなることを特徴とする半導体レー
ザモジユールの光フアイバ固定構造。
