FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an abnormality reporting device equipped with a line disconnection detection and alarm device according to the present invention. In the figure, blocks 1 to 8 and 12 are a circuit diagram showing an abnormality reporting device using a conventional telephone line, and block 9 is a circuit diagram showing a line disconnection detection alarm device according to the present invention. The waiting circuit 12 sends an activation signal to the determination activation unit 2 after a certain period of time, activates the determination activation unit 2 again, and activates the dial pulse line 6 after the use of the telephone or the like is finished. That is, the waiting circuit 12 detects the busy state of the busy detection means 4.
When either of the incoming signal detecting means 5 and the incoming call signal detecting means 5 is operating, the queuing circuit 12 is activated by the discriminating means 3 when the determination activating means 2 is activated. Further, if the called party does not respond, that is, if the telephone line is busy or incoming, the waiting circuit 12 sends an activation signal to the determination activation unit 2 after a certain period of time, This is to activate the determination activation unit 2 again. The line disconnection detection and alarm device includes a line cut relay LC as a line closure detection element, a timer relay TR, an OR gate G4 alarm relay BL, and an alarm buzzer or an alarm lamp. To explain the operation when the telephone lines L 1 and L 2 are disconnected by an intruder or the like at the dotted line When the security mode is changed, such as when switching to the release state, or when the abnormality sensor of the sensing means 1 detects an intruder during security hours, a high-level activation signal sent from the determination activation means 2 is sent to the identification means 3. is sent to one input of each of the AND gates G 2 and G 3 .
On the other hand, since the line is disconnected, the busy detection means 4 and the incoming signal detection means 5 do not operate even if a busy signal and an incoming signal are being received. When not operating, the busy detecting means 4 and the incoming signal detecting means 5 are not grounded and are at a high level, so the two inputs of the AND gate G1 are both at a high level, and its output is also at a high level. Therefore, the output of AND gate G3 is at a high level, but the output of AND gate G2 is connected to the inverter 31 between the output of AND gate G1 and the input of AND gate G2 .
is inserted, its output will be low level and will not be output. The high-level output of the AND gate G3 activates the diamond pulse circuit 6 and activates the line closing relay A. Contacts a1 and a2 are turned on by the operation of line closing relay A. In the line disconnection detection alarm device 9, when the contact a3 of the relay A is turned on, the timer relay TR is activated for a predetermined time, the contact tr is turned on, and one input of the OR gate G4 remains at the level for a predetermined time. As mentioned above, since the line is disconnected, the line cut relay LC inserted in series with the line does not operate, and the inverter 93 is inserted between the other input of the OR gate G4 and the contact LC of the relay LC. Since orgate G 4
The other input also becomes low level, and its output also becomes low level. When the output of the OR gate G4 is at a low level, the alarm relay BL is activated for a predetermined time set in the timer relay TR, its contact BL is turned on, the alarm buzzer 91 issues an alarm, and the alarm lamp 92 lights up.

Furthermore, in the case of a fire or an emergency call, the line disconnection detection alarm device is designed so that if the abnormality detector of the sensing means 1 detects it, the judgment activation means 2 is activated even if the security is released by an insect. It is now possible to generate an alarm by doing this. That is, in the case of an intrusion abnormality, the determination activation means 2 does not operate while the alarm is being canceled.

Next, to explain the normal operation when the line is not disconnected, just like when the line is disconnected, timer relay TR is activated by turning on contact a3 of line closing relay A based on a call request. It operates for a predetermined time, its contact tr turns on, and OR gate G 4
One of the inputs is at a low level for a predetermined period of time. Then, the line cut relay LC inserted in series with the closed line is activated and its contact 1c is turned on.
The other input of OR gate G 4 and the line cut relay
Since an inverter 93 is inserted between the LC and the contact 1c, the other input of the OR gate G4 becomes high level. Therefore, the output of OR gate G4 becomes high level and alarm relay BL does not operate. Then, since this timer relay TR is turned off after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, one input of OR gate G4 becomes high level. Then dial pulse relay
The DI is activated and dials the called party, for example, the security headquarters.

Incidentally, reference numeral 8 denotes a polarity reversal detection means, which detects reversal of the direction (ie, polarity) of the current due to the off-hook of the called party, and sends out a reversal signal. Reference numeral C designates a reversing relay, and as described above, the polarity reversal detection circuit 8 is activated by the called party's off-hook operation, and the contact c of this reversing relay C is switched.

FIG. 2 shows a line disconnection detection and alarm device that can also detect polarity reversal at the same time. Telephone line as above
To explain the operation when L 1 and L 2 are disconnected, two photocouplers PT 1 and PT 1 are inserted in series in the line and connected in parallel in opposite directions as shown in the figure.
Since the line is disconnected from PT 2 , no current flows and the outputs of photocoupler PT 1 and PT 2 are both at a high level. Therefore, the two inputs of NAND gate G5 are at high level and its output is at low level. Therefore, the relay LC of the line disconnection detection section 9' is activated, its contact lc is turned on, and one input of the OR gate G4 becomes low level. On the other hand, when an abnormality is detected by the abnormality sensor or the security mode changes, the line closing relay A of the dial pulse generation circuit 6 is activated by the above operation, so its contact a3 is turned on, and the timer relay TR is activated. tr turns on or gate
The other input of G4 also becomes low level, so the alarm relay BL is activated and generates an alarm as described above.
Also, if the telephone line is normal, the photo coupler
Since current flows to either PT 1 or PT 2 , one of the two inputs of NAND gate G 5 is at a low level,
The other will be at a high level and its output will be at a high level. Therefore, relay LC does not operate and the OR gate
The two inputs of G 4 are low level and high level, and its output is high level, so the alarm relay BL
does not operate and does not issue an alarm.

Next, the operation of the polarity reversal detection means 11 will be explained. When the telephone line is normal, current flows first to photocoupler PT 1. After off-hook, the direction of the current is reversed on the exchange side, so that the current flows to photocoupler PT 2 next. It becomes flowing. Here, a trigger pulse is applied to flip-flops FF 1 and FF 2 by a differentiating circuit 111 at the moment when the shunt relay DS of the dial pulse generating circuit 6 is turned off by the contact ds.
Sent to inputs T 1 and T 2 of FF 1 and FF 2 , FF 1 and FF 2
The low level and high level of the initial state, that is, the state before off-hook, are stored in the outputs Q 1 and Q 2 , respectively. Next, when the called party goes off-hook, the direction of the current reverses and the photocoupler
No current flows through PT 1 , i.e., high level, current flows through photocoupler PT 2 , resulting in low level, so one of the two inputs of exclusive-or gate G 6 is at low level, and the other switches from low level to high level. Its output goes high, one of the two inputs of exclusive-or gate G7 goes high, the other switches from high to low, and its output goes high.
Therefore, the output of AND gate G3 becomes high level and sends out a polarity inverted output.

In carrying out the present invention, various modifications can be made in addition to the above-described embodiments. For example, although an alarm buzzer or an alarm lamp is used as the reporting means in the above-mentioned embodiments, the notification is not limited to this, and it is also possible to report to the security headquarters by radio using a transmitter. Further, although the call request information sent from the response means 7 to the security headquarters is encoded and sent, a voice message may also be sent. Further, in the embodiment, the response means 7 is activated by polarity reversal, but the response means 7 may be activated by sending a response signal from the security headquarters and detecting the response signal.
